Flower-arranging and the Garden Working Party

Garden Working Party

LSM's delightful and famous wild garden requires management from time to time to keep its plants under control and its paths navigable. Thus, irregular Garden Working Parties are held, usually on Saturday mornings. More volunteers are always welcome! If you would be interested in helping, please contact Sally Head for more information, and to find out the date of the next Working Party.

Flower Arranging

The spectacular floral displays to be seen within the church require many hours work each week from a team of dedicated and indefatigable volunteers, led by the Sacristan. During the month of May 2007, as a complement to the celebrations surrounding the new Ken Tickell organ, a flower festival depicting the Stations of the Resurrection was arranged. The following photographs show these flower displays, with appropriate captions.
