The Guild of the Servants of the Sanctuary
This Guild is more specialised in that it is for people who serve in the
Sanctuary. It aims to raise the spiritual tone of altar servers; to promote a
conscientious performance of the duties of altar servers; and to encourage
more frequent attendance at the Holy Eucharist, in addition to times of duty.
Some of LSM's servers are members, and membership is open to all baptised and
communicant members of the Church of England who also serve in the
sanctuary. Those who are not altar servers are welcome as Friends
of the Guild.1
