Please use the attached forms to support the Parish Centre Appeal. We welcome lump sum gifts, or pledges to give a regular amount over the next five years (or for a lesser period, if you desire).
Gifts can be made by cash, cheque, or by completing the standing order form. Cheques should be made payable to St Mary the Less PCC. You can also give from a CAF Charity Account, or using a credit or debit card, through the LSM website.
If you pay tax, please also complete the Gift Aid Declaration, so that we can recover tax on your payment. A pledge of £100 per month over five years amounts to £6000. Tax recovered on this payment will increase the amount to £8000.
The PCC has agreed that 5% of donations to this appeal will be given to charity. If you do not want this deduction to be made from your gift, please tick the relevant box on the form.
Donations will be paid into the LSM Development Fund. The primary purpose of this Fund is to provide for the new Little St Mary's Parish Centre, but if that project fails for any reason, or if there is any surplus, the Fund will be used for the maintenance, development or equipment of the church buildings.
