There is a charity lunch on Fridays after the 12:30 Mass, for which there is a minimum charge of £2.50. In September and October, the proceeds will go to The Prison Fellowship, which is a charity that mobilises
and enables volunteers from the Christian community to restore all those
affected by crime, through practical action, prayer and values-based
training programmes.
NOVEMBER

Tuesday 4 November: 2008 Michael Ramsay lecture at 17:15. The speaker will
be the Rev'd Dr Robin Ward, Principal of St Stephen's House, Oxford, who will
speak on 'Flying Bishops: a view from patristic Antioch'.

Sunday 16 November: 2ND BEFORE ADVENT; TRINITY XXVI. The preacher at the 10:30 High Mass will be the Rev'd Richard Carter (Melanesian Brotherhood), Assistant Priest at St Martin-in-the-Fields.

Saturday 22 November: 'Three Churches Group' (LSM, St Mary Magdalen Oxford,
All Saints Margaret Street) with Canon Martin Warner at St Paul's
Cathedral. It is hoped that we might be together for lunch before meeting
with Fr Warner at 14:30. The day will finish with Evensong in the
Cathedral.
